Gurgaon shocker: Woman shot by friend after she stops talking; accused held

A 30-year-old woman was shot in the shoulder by her male friend in Gurgaon after she stopped communicating with him. The accused, identified as Vipin, was apprehended at the scene with a country-made pistol. Police have registered an attempt to murder case and booked him under the Arms Act.
