In a heartbreaking incident, Sachin Chandwade, a young Marathi actor known for his role in Jamtara 2 died by suicide. He was 25 years old. The tragedy occurred in Undirkhede, Parola taluka of Jalgaon district, as reported by Maharashtra Times.
Apart from acting, Sachin also worked as a software engineer at Pune IT Park, balancing a promising tech career with his growing passion for cinema.
The Shocking Incident
According to reports, Sachin attempted to take his life on the top floor of his house on October 23 around 1:30 PM. His family rushed him to a nearby private hospital and later shifted him to Dhule when his condition worsened. Despite doctors’ efforts, he passed away during treatment around 1:30 PM on October 24.

An Actor with Big Dreams
Sachin, who had nurtured dreams of acting since childhood, had steadily made his way into the Marathi and Hindi entertainment industries. He gained recognition with a supporting role in Jamtara 2, released on Netflix in 2022, and was all set to appear in the upcoming film ‘Asuravan’.
Just a week before his death, he had shared a social media post expressing excitement about his next movie — a post that now reads like a haunting farewell.
