Delhi HC halts ‘BRO CODE’ title use; Ravi Mohan's debut production venture faces hurdle; next hearing scheduled in December

A beverage company, which has used the name for its liquor brand since 2015, filed a trademark infringement case, citing potential brand confusion and reputational damage.
