Chicago judge summons Border Patrol commander over tear gas use during Trump’s Operation Midway Blitz

A Chicago federal judge has ordered senior Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino to appear in court over allegations he violated restrictions on tear gas use during Trump’s “Operation Midway Blitz.”
