EC asks PK to explain in 3 days how he was ‘elector in 2 states’

Jan Suraaj Party chief Prashant Kishor has been issued a notice by a Bihar electoral officer for reportedly being enrolled as a voter in both Bihar and West Bengal. The notice asks Kishor to explain his dual enrollment within three days, as being registered in two constituencies violates electoral law.
