Govt orders major reshuffle in E&S Service

JAMMU, Nov 8: Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a major administrative reshuffle in the Economics & Statistics (Gazetted) Service, effecting transfers and new postings across several departments.
As per the Government order, Rajni, Director General, Housing & Urban Development Department, has been posted as Director General, Planning Development & Monitoring Department against an available post, while Mohd Iqbal, Joint Director (E&S) presently serving as Chief Planning Officer, Poonch, has been shifted to the Housing & Urban Development Department vice Rajni.
Shama-un-Ahmad, Joint Director (E&S)in the office of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, has been posted as Chief Planning Officer, Poonch, vice Mohd Iqbal. Abdul Rashid Sheer Gujri, Joint Director (E&S), who was serving as Chief Planning Officer, Pulwama with additional charge of DSEO Pulwama, has been transferred to the office of MD JKPCL against an available post and will also continue to look after the work in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Munisha Gupta, Joint Director (E&S), Joint Director (Evaluation), Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K, has been posted to the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, J&K, vice Shama-un-Ahmad, while Dr Monika, Joint Director (E&S), Directorate of Health Services, Jammu, has been posted to the Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K, vice Munisha Gupta. Aashiq Hussain Khanday, Joint Director (E&S), Expenditure Division-II, Finance Department, has been posted as Chief Planning Officer, Pulwama vice Abdul Rashid Sheer Gujri.

Priyanka Darshini Parihar, Joint Director (E&S), Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu, has been transferred to the office of MD JKPCL against an available post, while Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar, Deputy Director (E&S), Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K, moves to the Directorate of Agriculture, Jammu vice Priyanka Darshini Parihar. Akhtar Hussain Malik, Deputy Director (E&S), District Statistics and Evaluation Officer, Ganderbal, has been posted to the Housing & Urban Development Department vice Ravinder Singh.
Ravinder Singh, Deputy Director (E&S), Housing & Urban Development Department, has been shifted to the Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K, vice Mudassir Yaqoob Zargar, while Raman Sharma, Deputy Director (E&S), Development Expenditure Division-I, Finance Department, has been posted in the Directorate of Health Services, Jammu vice Dr Monika. Mohd Akram Dar, Deputy Director (E&S) in the office of the Assistant Commissioner Development, Pulwama, has been posted as DSEO Pulwama against an available post.
The order further states that the Chief Planning Officer, Ganderbal, shall also look after the work of District Statistics & Evaluation Officer, Ganderbal in addition to his own duties till further orders.
