One held with 2.600 kg Ganja like substance

KISHTWAR, Nov 9: Police here today arrested a person and recovered about 2 kg 600 gm of narcotic substance resembling Ganja from him.
Sources informed that under the supervision of Dy. SP Vijay Kumar Bhagat, SDPO Marwah and under the overall supervision of SSP Kishtwar, Naresh Kumar, cops while on patrolling duty under the guidance of SHO Police Station Warwan, Inspector Zaheer Iqbal, arrested a drug peddler, Abrar Hussain, son of Manzoor Ahmed Mahroo, resident of Sheikhpura Inshan, Tehsil Warwan and recovered about 2 kg 600 gm of narcotic substance resembling Ganja from him.
The accused was arrested and a case in FIR number 08/2025 under NDPS Act was registered at Police Station Warwan in this regard and investigation started.
