Trains Cancelled: 11 pairs of trains from Delhi to Jammu and Kashmir cancelled till March 31

This is causing significant inconvenience to travelers, especially those who had already booked tickets. They will now have to change their travel plans.

Trains Cancelled: Heavy rains and flooding continue to cause problems for passengers traveling to Jammu and Kashmir. The situation is not expected to end soon. Railway officials say that railway tracks and bridges have been damaged at several locations, and repairs are currently underway.

11 pairs of trains cancelled

Eleven pairs of trains, including the New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express (22439/22440), the Jammu Tawi-Kathgodam Garib Rath Express and the Kathgodam-Kanpur Central Link Garib Rath Express, the Sarai Rohilla-Jammu Tawi Duronto Express, and the Udhampur-Sarai Rohilla AC Express, will remain cancelled until March 31 due to bridge repairs near Kathua and Madhopur, near Udhampur, and near Pathankot.

Meanwhile, the Shalimar-Malani Express, the New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Shri Shakti Express, and the Balidani Tushar Mahajan Udhampur-Pathankot DMU will also begin operating later this month. Passengers traveling to Jammu and Kashmir are facing difficulties due to the cancellation of most trains.

People are unable to get confirmed tickets on the running trains. Railway officials say that special trains are being run intermittently to alleviate the inconvenience.
