Breaking: NSD Team Reaches Faridabad; Red EcoSport Linked to Delhi Blast Seized in Khandavli

Faridabad’s Khandavli village has become the center of a major security operation as the National Security Division (NSD) team reached the site where a red EcoSport car, linked to the Delhi Red Fort blast case, was recovered. The vehicle, registered under the name of Dr. Umar, a key suspect, had been parked in the area for several days. Initial investigations suggest the car may contain suspicious materials, prompting the involvement of forensic teams (FSL/CFSL), NSG bomb disposal squads, Delhi Police Special Cell, and local Faridabad police. The tip-off came after the NIA interrogated Dr. Umar’s close associates and his driver, who revealed the car’s location. The address on the registration was found to be fake, leading authorities to Khandavli. The car is being thoroughly examined for any explosives or critical evidence connected to the broader terrorist network. Multiple agencies are coordinating to ensure the area remains secure while forensic analysis continues. The discovery of 2,563 kg of ammonium nitrate in a related investigation has heightened concerns over potential explosive threats. Officials indicate that ongoing questioning of local residents and suspects may reveal further details about Dr. Umar’s operation and planned attacks.
