Today’s Weather: According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), heavy rainfall is expected in various parts of Tamil Nadu between November 14 and 18. Furthermore, isolated heavy rainfall is also expected in Kerala, Mahe, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, and Rayalaseema between November 14 and 19.
Cold Intensification in Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh
According to the department, cold wave conditions ranging from severe cold wave conditions are expected in many parts of western Madhya Pradesh on November 14. Cold wave conditions will persist in some areas on November 15 and 16. Furthermore, cold conditions will increase in Chhattisgarh and eastern Madhya Pradesh until November 16. A cold wave is also expected in Rajasthan until November 15. Snowfall is also expected in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Kashmir.
Light to moderate fog is expected in Uttar Pradesh
Light to moderate fog is expected in Northeast India and Uttar Pradesh over the next five days. There will be no significant change in temperatures over western India for the next three days, but after that, a drop of 2-3 degrees Celsius is possible over northern central Maharashtra. Temperatures will remain normal across the rest of the country.
Weather may change in Delhi
A weather alert has been issued for Delhi on November 14th. Winds are expected to blow at a speed of 15 to 20 kilometers per hour in the morning. The maximum temperature on Friday is expected to be 26 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is expected to be around 11 degrees Celsius.
Snowfall likely in Uttarakhand and Himachal
Snowfall is expected in Uttarakhand and Himachal on November 14th. Temperatures may drop sharply in Nainital, Rudraprayag, and Chamoli in Uttarakhand. Dehradun will see a maximum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 9 degrees Celsius, while Nainital is expected to see a maximum of 19 degrees Celsius and a minimum of 7 degrees Celsius.
