Volleyball trials on November 20

Trials to select the Punjab volleyball teams (junior boys and girls) will be organised by the Punjab Volleyball Association here at the Satish Chander Dhawan Government College ground on November 20.

According to Gurjeet Singh Aujla, MP from Amritsar and president of the association, aspirants have been asked to report at the college ground at 10 am. Players born on after January 1, 2008 are eligible for these trials. The selected players will represent Punjab in the ensuing 49th Junior National Volleyball Championship scheduled to be held from December 16 to 21 at Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan.
