Delhi-NCR Weather Live Updates: Cold wave intensifies in National Capital, temperature drops below 10°C in 16 districts of Rajasthan

IMD Weather Update: The cold conditions in North India have intensified across North India, including Delhi-NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Haryana. The Meteorological Department has warned of a further drop in temperatures in the coming days. Moderate fog was observed in Assam and Meghalaya. Patchy fog was also seen in Northeast India, Bihar, Eastern Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Western Madhya Pradesh.

It is important to note that the India Meteorological Department has issued an important cold-wave warning for Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. This sudden onset of severe cold indicates an early arrival of winter conditions, with night temperatures expected to drop 2 to 5°C below the seasonal average.
