'Ship of Theseus' director Anand Gandhi hopes to collaborate with Aamir Khan on 'Maya'

Filmmaker Anand Gandhi is building a vast "Maya" transmedia universe, featuring novels, games, and films. He hopes Aamir Khan will star in the film adaptation, a collaboration he's desired for years. The project, co-produced by Kani Kusruti, explores a sentient tree network on a fictional planet, with Hugo Weaving narrating the book's teaser.
