Jalandhar horror: 13-year-old girl found murdered in neighbour’s house

A 13-year-old girl was found murdered in a neighbor's house in Jalandhar late Saturday night. Residents, after checking CCTV footage showing her entering the house earlier, found her body in a bathroom and thrashed the owner. Police rescued the suspect, who is hospitalized, and are investigating a potential lapse in their initial response.
