Electricity dept attaches firm’s property for not paying dues

Twenty First Century Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd in Dhargal, Pernem, faces property attachment due to defaulting on Rs 2.7 crore in electricity dues. The electricity department has issued an order to recover the outstanding amount as arrears of land revenue. The company is now prohibited from transferring the 23,000sqm property, and the public is restricted from receiving it.
