ISC, ICSE board results out : Mallik tops state in Class XII exam

Patiala-based Mallik Arjun Ahluwalia has emerged as one of the national toppers in the ISC (Class XII) 2025 board exams — securing 99.75 per cent in humanities stream.

A student of Yadavindra Public School, Patiala, Ahluwalia has topped the state, bringing recognition to both his school and state. Ahluwalia, said, “Intense preparation and consistent support played pivotal role in cracking the exam,” he said.

Tarishi Singla, a student of Sat Paul Mittal School, Ludhiana, secured 99.25 per cent in medical stream and ranked second in the state. Singla said she studied 7 to 8 hours daily and focused on consistency.

Agam, a student of Sacred Heart Convent School, ranked third in the state by obtaining 97.75 per cent in commerce stream. She dreams of becoming a chartered accountant and will now take Common University Entrance Test (CUET). “It is a satisfactory result. As there were concept-based questions in the board exam, it is going to help me compete in the CUET as well,” said Agam.

Meanwhile, Krishiv Bansal topped the state with 99.4 per cent in the ICSE (Class X) board exams. He is also a student of Yadavindra Public School, Patiala. Khyati Mohta of St Joseph’s Convent School, Jalandhar, ranked second with 99 per cent.

Navin Kumar Dixit, headmaster of Yadavindra Public School, said the results were a reflection of the students’ hard work and commitment.
