PPS, Nabha, students shine in board exams

Students of PPS, Nabha, proved their mettle in ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) board exams, the results for which were declared by the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, yesterday.

Shrey Jindal topped Class X with 97.40 per cent while Mansirat Kaur and Natik obtained 96.80 per cent each and ranked second. Out of 98 students who took the examination, 71 passed with distinction. A student got perfect score of 100 in computer applications.

Harmanjot Singh stood first with 96.8 per cent in humanities stream. Sirjana Kaur Sandhu ranked second with 96.5 per cent and Parinaz Kaur stood third with 96 per cent each.

In commerce stream, Harjasdeep Singh stood first with 96 per cent, Gurmanpreet Kaur obtained second rank with 95.3 percent while Pulkit and Suraj Kumar KT ranked third with 91.8 per cent marks each.

In Science stream, Khushman Kaur obtained 95.8 per cent and ranked first. Arashveer Singh Sidhu stood second with 94 per cent marks while Navreet Kaur attained third position with 93.3 per cent.

Headmaster DC Sharma complimented the staff, students and their parents.
