Karnataka SSLC Result 2025 Out Today: Here's When And How To Check Your Scores
Students and parents across Karnataka will finally see an end to their anxiety over the SSLC results. The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) is all set to release the much-anticipated Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) or Class-10 Exam 1 results on Friday, May 2, 2025.
When Will KSEAB SSLC Results Be Declared?
The official announcement of the Karnataka SSLC 2025 results will take place during a press conference scheduled for 11:30 AM. Following the announcement, the results link will go live at 12:30 PM on the official results portal: http://karresults.nic.in.
This year's Class 10 exams were held from March 21 to April 4, with students writing their papers in a single shift from 10:00 AM to 1:15 PM. The exams kicked off with the first language papers and wrapped up with NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework) subjects.

What Details Will Be Shared?
During the press conference, KSEAB will not only reveal the overall pass percentage but will also break it down by gender, school type, and district. Additionally, the names of toppers and other key statistics will be shared with the media.
Karnataka SSLC 2025: What If The Results Are Not Up To Expectations?
For students who may not score as expected in the first attempt, there's no need to panic. The board offers two more opportunities — Exam 2 and Exam 3 — later this year. These additional chances are designed to help students improve their marks and pass the exams.
Pass Percentages From Previous Years
The SSLC Exam 1 results last year saw a noticeable dip in pass rates:
- 2024: 73.40%
- 2023: 83.89%
- 2022: 85.13%
- 2021: 99.99% (held under special pandemic guidelines)
KSEAB Results By School Type In 2024
Unaided schools led with a pass rate of 86.46%, whereas Government schools were far behind with a 72.46% pass rate. Aided schools had a passing rate of 72.22%. In urban areas, 72.83% of students cleared the exam, while in rural regions, the pass percentage was slightly higher at 74.17%.
The overall pass percentage of regular students was 76.91% in 2024.
