Kolkata Mayor asks to close down all rooftop restaurants in city, three days after a massive blaze claimed 14 lives

This comes as another massive fire engulfed a factory in Kolkata on Friday, only a couple of days after the Rituraj Hotel fire which has led to 14 deaths.
