Already facing 7 FIRs, another filed against realtor

Already facing seven FIRs of land frauds, a realtor of Ludhiana has been booked in a fresh case on the charges of taking illegal possession of someone’s property and stealing goods from the land of the complainant. The accused has been identified as Karan Arora of Mahavir Enclave, Badewal, and five of his unidentified aides.

Complainant Manish Kumar, also of Mahavir Enclave, told the police that about two years back, he, along with his two partners, had bought over four acres at Jainpur village. Recently, when his friend went to check the land and shocked to see three billboards of JK Arora Developers. Five persons were also present there, so he immediately went to inquire and found that an LED TV, a cooler and a fan had been stolen by some persons from his land.

Kumar added that Arora had illegally taken the possession of his land and strict action should be taken against the accused. Investigating officer ASI Harcharan Singh said that a case on the charges of criminal conspiracy, mischief, criminal trespass and house trespass, theft in a dwelling house had been registered against the accused.

Recently the accused had been arrested by the Crime Branch, but got bail.
