Dubai-Based Agency’s Rs 7 Lakh/Month House Manager Job Goes Viral; Here Are The Details

A high-paying job listing posted by a Dubai-based recruitment agency has captured global attention and sparked a wave of interest online, with many social media users calling it a “dream job.” The listing, shared by Royal Maison, a boutique agency that specialises in placing domestic staff in elite households across the Middle East, offered two full-time house manager positions based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

What drew widespread attention was the salary AED 30,000 per month, equivalent to approximately Rs 7 lakh, and totaling nearly Rs 84 lakh annually. This figure rivals executive-level salaries in India's corporate sector and has ignited enthusiastic responses from users across platforms.

According to the job post, the positions are with high-net-worth individuals described as "prominent businessmen with families," and not celebrities or public figures. Responsibilities include managing luxury household operations, supervising domestic staff, coordinating maintenance, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the property runs at peak efficiency and discretion.

Exceptional Demands

“This is an urgent hire for two VIP homes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi,” the agency said in a video caption accompanying the post. “We are offering a competitive salary of AED 30,000 for experienced candidates who can uphold the highest standards.”

The post quickly went viral, with thousands of comments pouring in. Some users joked about switching careers, while others inquired seriously about job descriptions and qualifications. One user wrote, “30,000 AED, I would leave my current job and get into hospitality.”

In response to speculation about the legitimacy of the salary, Royal Maison confirmed in the comment section: “Not every. But those two clients, yes. And the clients are demanding.”

The job listing stressed that ideal candidates must possess strong leadership, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and extensive experience in managing upscale residences. Applicants were urged to send their CVs directly and were advised against calling, as the agency is dealing with a high volume of inquiries.
