India unveils Indian Institute of Creative Technology to empower youth in digital economy

Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw unveiled the Indian Institute of Creative Technology (IICT) at WAVES 2025, aiming to cultivate young Indian talent in the digital and content economy. Seven global tech giants, including JioStar, Google, and Microsoft, pledged support through Letters of Intent, committing to skill development and platform co-creation.
