Nvidia may have a 'plan' to bypass US export rule for AI chips

Nvidia is reportedly modifying its AI chip designs to comply with tightened U.S. export regulations while still serving its Chinese clients. CEO Jensen Huang informed major customers like Alibaba, ByteDance, and Tencent about the plans during a recent visit to Beijing. The company aims to provide samples of the tweaked chips as early as June.
