Operation Sindoor: Meet man, the brain behind India’s military action against Pakistan
In retaliation for the Pahalgam terror attack, Indian armed forces carried out missile strikes early Wednesday on nine terror targets in Pakistan and Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir including the Jaish-e-Mohammad stronghold of Bahawalpur and Lashkar-e-Taiba’s base Muridke.
The military strikes were carried out under ‘Operation Sindoor’ two weeks after the massacre of 26 civilians in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam. According to various reports, more than 70 terrorists were killed in this attack and dozens were injured.
But who planned the actions carried out by the Indian armed forces which were “focused, measured and non-escalatory” in nature and that such that no Pakistani military facilities have been targeted?
The entire command of Operation Sindoor was in the hands of NSA Ajit Doval, who is called PM Modi’s Hanuman. It was Ajit Doval who executed this Operation Sindoor.
Sources say that the final decision on how to create chaos in Pakistan under Operation Sindoor was taken by NSA Ajit Doval. After everything was finalized, PM Modi was given complete information and NSA was asked to proceed. Very few people knew about this attack and a control room was made for this. The control room was completely handled by NSA and his team. Ajit Doval himself was present there. PM Modi was also awake the whole night and watching the destruction of terrorists in Pakistan.
Operation Sindoor was named by PM Modi himself. PM Modi himself had sent the suggestion to the army to name the action against terrorists as Operation Sindoor.
The name for the action — Operation Sindoor — is a reference to the red vermillion that Hindu women wear to signify their married status. In the Pahalgam terror attack, the husbands of several women were killed in front of them including an Indian Navy officer.
The terror attack triggered widespread outrage in India and abroad, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi vowing to deal a “crushing blow to terrorism”.
