Over 15 Maoists gunned down in ‘biggest ever’ operation in Chhattisgarh's Bastar

A major anti-Maoist operation, 'Operation Sankalp,' launched on April 21 in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh, has resulted in the killing of more than 15 Maoists on Wednesday, bringing the total recovered bodies to 19. Security forces, including DRG, STF, CoBRA, and CRPF, have been targeting Maoist strongholds, destroying hideouts, and recovering explosives.
