Kim Soo Hyun files defamation and stalking charges against Kim Sae Ron’s family amid fabricated audio recording controversy

Kim Soo Hyun and his agency, Gold Medallist, are escalating legal action following the fabrication of an audio recording implicating the actor with the late Kim Sae Ron. Additional criminal complaints have been filed against HoverLab's owner, Kim Se Eui, for defamation and stalking, as well as against Kim Sae Ron's family for severe defamation.
