Indore: Three Held For Thrashing Medical Store Owner, Stabbing His Brother; Accused Had Argument With Complainant At His Shop

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Three youths have been arrested for thrashing some young men and later, attacking one ofthem with a knife outside the Aerodrome police station late on Friday. 

According to the police, the complainant, Faizan Mansuri, a resident of Chandan Nagar area, runs a medical store in the Aerodrome area. On Thursday night, Vishal Sharma allegedly went to Faizan’s shop to buy some medicine.

They had an argument after which, Vishal allegedly asked him his name and then slapped Faizan’s brother, Arshad. Faizan and Arshad made a phone call to their other brother, Alfez, who reached Nagin Nagar with his friend, Imran. The accused allegedly thrashed Alfez as well. The police reached there and took Alfez to the police station.

Later, Faizan reached the police station with his youngest brother, Sohel. Outside the police station, Sohel was allegedly attacked by one of the accused wielding a knife. 

Aerodrome police station in-charge Tarun Singh Bhati told the Free Press that an attempt to murder case was registered against Vishal, and his friends, Gopal Sharma, Deepak Chouhan, and Deepesh Pal. Except Deepesh, the other men have been arrested and a search is on for him. Also, the police have registered a case against the Faizan and his aides for allegedly thrashing Vishal and his friends.

A further investigation is on. A heavy force was deployed in the area during the incident to avert any unwarranted situation.
