IMC declares new office bearers for 2025-26

The IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry has announced new office bearers for the year 2025-26.

Sunita Ramnathkar, who is currently serving as vice-president of IMC has been elected as the new president for the year 2025–26. Mahendra Kumar Chouhan has been elected as vice-president.

Ramnathkar will formally take over her duties at the AGM of the Chamber to be held in July 2025. Speaking on the occasion, Sunita Ramnathakar said; “It is with immense gratitude and a deep sense of responsibility that I take on the responsibility of IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the year 2025 2026. I am truly honoured to be the third woman to hold this position in the 117-year history of this Prestigious Institution. As we step into the era of rapid Technology advances & AI, I aim to integrate tech driven solutions across our activities ensuring that IMC remains a forward- thinking body and going on to fulfil our government’s vision of a Viksit Bharat in years to come.”

Mahendra Kumar Chouhan said; "I feel privileged to have been elected to the coveted position of vice president of IMC. While I know that it is a prestigious position but at the same time, I am also mindful of the fact that this is an onerous responsibility and offers me a great opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the mission of IMC and make a difference to our members in particular and all other stakeholders at large! I will strive to do my very best to contribute to this great institution in its journey to make India “Viksit Bharat by 2047”.
