Arpit secures 4th Position at Int’l Speed Ball C’ship in Egypt

JAMMU, May 10: Arpit, a bright student of Renu Public School, Tanda RS Pura, achieved a remarkable feat by securing the 4th position at the International Speed Ball Championship held in Egypt. The prestigious tournament was hosted by the Egyptian Speed Ball Federation and recognized by the Ministry of Sports, Government of Egypt.
Competing in the Sub-Junior category, Arpit participated in the Super Solo and Single events. With an impressive score of 130 shots in just 2 minutes, he showcased extraordinary speed, coordination, and stamina, earning 4th place for Team India among fierce international competition.
In recognition of his exceptional performance, Arpit has been selected to represent India at the World Speed Ball Championship 2025, which will be hosted in India later this year.
The President of the Egyptian Speed Ball Federation praised the Indian team for their discipline and dedication, extending special congratulations to Arpit and Sunny Nanda, Chief Coach of the Indian team. Pooja Malhotra, Patron of the Association, also lauded the efforts of Coach Nanda and Arpit, highlighting their valuable contribution to India’s growing reputation in international sports.
