Changemakers who turned gamechangers: UP’s SRLM trains women as local leaders to boost rural economy

In Uttar Pradesh, the State Rural Livelihood Mission is empowering women. They are becoming banking correspondents and electricity bill collectors. Some women are even using drones for agricultural advancements. These 'Sakhis' and 'Didis' are boosting the rural economy. They are increasing financial inclusion and promoting entrepreneurship. The initiatives are also contributing to the Lakhpati Didi program.
