Video: MS Dhoni Spotted Inside Aircraft Wearing T-shirt With Words 'Duty, Honour, Country' As CSK Captain Leaves For Ranchi After BCCI Suspends IPL 2025

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captain MS Dhoni was spotted in an airplane wearing a black t-shirt that said 'Duty, Honour, Country' as a video of the same surfaced on social media. The Super Kings' skipper was seen keeping his bag in the top shelf before settling in his seat on the way to Ranchi after IPL 2025's suspension.

With IPL 2025 suspended, all the franchises' contingents are preparing themselves to head to their respective home. The decision to suspend the tournament for a week came during the fixture between the Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamsala when a few drone strikes from Pakistan caused a floodlight failure at the stadium. Spectators were quickly evacuated from the stadium and the border tensions between the two countries prompted the BCCI to take the decision.

While a handful of media reports have claimed that the BCCI plans to restart the IPL within a week, the government is yet to come up with a decision.

MS Dhoni-led CSK have largely struggled in IPL 2025

Meanwhile, the five-time champions are already out of the playoffs race for IPL 2025 as they have won only three matches out of 12. The Yellow Army's original captain Ruturaj Gaikwad was also ruled out of the competition midway, forcing Dhoni to take over.

However, the Super Kings will be aiming to finish off with a bang, racking up two wins in their remaining couple of games.
