Klein Vision AirCar Price & Features: Work is going on all over the world on flying cars. Many leading automobile and tech companies are working on this technology to create a vehicle that can run on the road like a normal car and can also talk to the air if needed. One such Slovakian startup, Klein Vision, has also showcased the production ready prototype of its first flying car/air car. Regarding which the startup claims that it will launch it in the market by next year.

Klein Vision has been working on its ‘aircar’ for the last three decades. The company says that before reaching the production ready model, this car prototype has completed more than 170 flying hours and more than 500 takeoffs and landings. Let us tell you that in the year 2022, this model got the flying certificate.

This will be the price:

Klein Vision’s AirCar is going to be launched in the market next year. Last week, during the Living Legends of Aviation Gala Dinner in Beverly Hills, the company unveiled the prototype of this flying car. On this occasion, the company’s spokesperson confirmed that the flying car will be launched for sale next year. Its price will be around 8 lakh to 10 lakh dollars USD (approximately 6.78 crores to 8.47 crores rupees).

Car to Aircraft in 2 minutes:

Klein Vision says that this is a convertible aircar. Which can run easily on the road like a regular vehicle, and if needed, it can also be converted into a flying aircraft. It takes only 2 minutes to convert from a normal car to an aircraft. This entire system works automatically.

How does this AirCar work?

Klein Vision claims that its Jetson-like vehicle transforms from a four-wheeled car to a fixed wing aircraft in less than two minutes. Its performance is shown in the video of its transformation from flying mode to driving mode. In which you can see that the wings come out of the car. Which looks somewhat like a hardtop convertible. After coming into flying mode, it generates downforce using spoiler and elevator pitch.

What is the speed of AirCar?

The company says that its latest variant can fly at a speed of 200 km per hour on the road and 250 km per hour in the air. Its maximum flying range is 1000 km. That is, after taking off once, this aircar can easily travel up to 1000 km. Apart from this, its range in the car will be 800 km. It has a 280 horsepower motor.

Size of Klein Vision Aircar:

Talking about the size of the aircar, in car mode its length is 5.8 meters, width 2 meters and height 1.8 meters. When it is converted into plane mode, its wings come out. After which its length becomes 7 meters and width 8.2 meters. Its wings have been designed very well by the company, which automatically fit the car by just pressing a button.

Land, air and water:

The company is working on different versions of this aircar. However, the two-seater version will be introduced first. Apart from this, 4-seater version, twin engine version and amphibious version are also included in the company’s portfolio. This amphibious version will be very special, which will not only run on the road and fly in the air but this version will also be adept at running on the surface of water.

What do the car designers say?

“With the launch of our new AirCar prototype, we are one step closer to changing the way the world moves,” says Stefan Klein, who designed and developed the AirCar. “We are going to combine road and sky in a new dimension of personal mobility.” Klein Vision says that the prototype is “based on years of rigorous testing and technical research and this AirCar will change the direction of mobility.”
