Did India destroy Pakistan's suspected nuclear installation in Kirana Hills? Here's what Air Marshal A.K. Bharti says

India has clarified that it has not hit suspected nuclear installation in Pakistan's Kirana Hills during the recent military stand-off.
When asked about this during a press conference, Air Marshal A.K. Bharti said, "Thank you for telling us that Kirana Hills houses some nuclear installation, we did not know about it. We have not hit Kirana Hills, whatever is there."
He said all the military bases and systems of India continue to remain fully operational and ready to undertake any future missions should the need so arise.
He said the security forces may not be able to provide details about how many fighter jets were involved and what kind of fight took place as “these are questions of technical details.”

“Suffice to say that this was a different sort of warfare, and it is bound to happen....God forbid, but if we fight another war, that would be completely different from this one. Every war is fought differently."
Observing that technology is progressing at a rapid pace and both India and Pakistan are making use of this advancements, he said, “It is a cat-and-mouse game, and we need to be ahead of the curve to beat the adversary.”
Vice Admiral A.N. Pramod said the security forces are maintaining continuous surveillance to neutralise threats as they emerge.
"All these are conducted under the umbrella of a comprehensive and effective layered fleet air defence mechanism that caters for all threats, be it drones, high-speed missiles or aircraft, both fighters as well as surveillance aircraft," he said.
