CBSE 12th Result 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE) has announced the CBSE Class 12th Result 2025 on its website. This year, the overall pass percentage this year stands at 88.39%. Students can access the CBSE Class 12th Result 2025 at https://www.cbse.gov.in and https://results.cbse.nic.in/.
In the CBSE Class 12 Board Exams 2025, girls continued to lead with a pass percentage of 91.64%, showing a slight rise from 91.52% in 2024. Boys also saw improvement, securing an 85.70% pass rate compared to 85.12% last year. This resulted in a gender gap of 5.94% in favour of girls. Remarkably, students in the transgender category achieved a 100% pass rate this year—an impressive leap from 50% in 2024.
CBSE Exam Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj stated that in the Class 12 board exams, girls outshone boys by more than 5 percentage points. He also shared that over 1.15 lakh students secured more than 90% marks, while more than 24,000 students achieved scores above 95%. Check the download link.

- This year, 88.39 per cent candidates have cleared the exams, marginally up from last year’s pass percentage of 87.98 per cent.
- While girls have achieved a pass percentage of 91.64 per cent, that of boys stood at 85.70 per cent.
- Transgender candidates have scored 100 per cent pass percentage against last year’s 50 per cent.
- A total of 1,11,544 candidates have scored above 90 per cent marks while 24,867 candidates have scored above 95 per cent marks, PTI reported.
- Over 1.29 lakh candidates have been placed in the compartment.
- A total of 16,92,794 candidates had appeared for the class 12 board exams.
