Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while speaking at the Adampur air base in Punjab, on Tuesday said the world has witnessed the strength of the 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai', adding that the slogan is not just a chant, but the oath of every soldier of the nation.

"The world has just witnessed the strength of this slogan. "Bharat Mata ki Jai" is not just a chant, it is the oath of every soldier of this nation, who risk their lives for the honour and dignity of Mother India," PM Modi said.

PM Modi made the speech while addressing soldiers at the Adampur air base in Punjab on Tuesday morning, where he interacted with air force personnel, who have been in the thick of action during the recent conflict with Pakistan.

PM Modi said that the Indian armed forces targeted enemy locations with perfection and that the terrorist camps and their air bases were destroyed.

"I can proudly say that all of you reached your target with perfection. In Pakistan, it was not just the terrorist camps and their air bases that were destroyed, but their nefarious designs and audacity were also defeated."
