Fans of South superstar Allu Arjun are very excited about his upcoming film, which is being made with Atlee. Currently, the title of the film is AA22 x A6, and it was announced on Allu Arjun’s birthday. Now, it has been revealed what role Allu Arjun will play in the film. However, the makers have not officially confirmed it yet.
According to a report published in Filmfare, Allu Arjun will be seen playing the role of a warrior in the film. It is said that the story may be set in an alternate reality or parallel universe, featuring multiple characters. The narrative will unfold across different timelines. There have been many theories about this, including rumors that Allu Arjun will appear in a double role, possibly as twin brothers. He will be seen in two different looks in this action-packed film.
Earlier, it was reported that Allu Arjun’s untitled film is being made on a budget of Rs 800 crore. A6 is the second most expensive film in Indian cinema, while the top spot is held by renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s upcoming SSMB29, which is estimated to cost around Rs 1000 crore. Mahesh Babu will be seen in the lead role in this movie.
A source told Pinkvilla, “Allu Arjun is being paid a whopping amount of around Rs 175 crore for this movie, along with a 15 percent share in the profits, while Atlee will receive a fee of Rs 100 crore for the sixth film of his career, which reflects his brand value and strong box office hold. Out of the Rs 800 crore budget, Rs 200 crore will be spent on production and Rs 250 crore on VFX. The filmmakers are leaving no stone unturned to make this a pan-Indian film.”
The shooting of Allu Arjun’s upcoming film A6 is likely to begin in August 2025. The film will be produced under the banner of the production house Sun Pictures. In addition to this, Allu Arjun has also signed a film with Trivikram, which is expected to begin after June 2026.
