Odisha CM Launches Development Projects worth Rs 420 Cr in Mayurbhanj

Baripada: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for developmental projects worth over Rs 420 crore in Mayurbhanj district.
Addressing a program held at Bisoi Mini Stadium, the Chief Minister announced the plans to set up a +2 college at the Bisoi block headquarters to enhance education in the region.
He also informed that the Bisoi Mini Stadium would be named after the revered leader Dharanidhar Naik, with a statue to honor him.
The Chief Minister inaugurated 133 projects worth over Rs 328 crore and laid the foundation for 52 projects worth more than Rs 91 crore, covering critical areas such as rural drinking water, mega piped water supply, school infrastructure upgrades, banking facilities, health centers, road construction, and tribal cultural centers.
Areas such as Rairangpur, Kusumi, Bijatala, Bahalda, Jamda, and Tiring are set to benefit, promoting inclusive development, according to an official release.
