Delhi To Get Complaint Boxes For Public Complaints, CM Rekha Gupta To Resolve Grievances

The Delhi government announced on Wednesday that it will set up complaint boxes to address public grievances, which will be monitored directly by the Office of the Chief Minister.

Instructions were issued by the Chief Minister, Rekha Gupta, to all District Magistrates (DM), Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDM), and Sub-Registrar offices, according to a report by news agency IANS.
