Qatar Airways strikes $200B Boeing deal for 160 jets; Trump declares ‘That’s a record, get those planes out there'

During his visit to Qatar on May 14, US President Trump announced a record $200 billion deal between Qatar Airways and Boeing for 160 aircraft, calling it the “largest order of jets in Boeing’s history.” The agreement was signed in presence of Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim and Boeing CEO Kelly Ortberg.
