Chief Justice of India BR Gavai, heading a two-judge Supreme Court bench, will hear the case today concerning Madhya Pradesh Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah’s remarks about Indian Army officer Colonel Sofiya Qureshi. The minister is requesting a stay on the FIR filed following an earlier order by the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
