APSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2025: The registration process for the Junior Engineer (Civil) under the Water Resources Department is going to end today, May 16, 2025, on the official website of APSC at apsc.nic.in by the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC). This recruitment aims to fill 160 vacancies.

Applicants should be aware that the OTR profile will be used to retrieve the necessary certificates about age, caste, and minimum educational qualification before completing the APSC application form. APSC JE Recruitment 2025: Pay scale

As per the official notification, Employees of the Assam State Government will be paid according to the pay scale plus grade pay, plus other benefits. The grade pay will be Rs 8,700 with Pay Band-2, and the pay scale will range from Rs 14,000 to Rs 70,000.

APSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

1. The applicant must be an Indian citizen and a permanent resident of Assam.

2. Candidates must upload a copy of a valid permanent resident certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes or an employment exchange registration certificate as proof of residency.

3. The candidate must have a three-year mechanical engineering degree from any technical school recognised by the AICTE.

4. The diploma program in mechanical engineering must be offered as a regular course. No matter the name, any degree in mechanical engineering obtained through distance learning will not be accepted.

5. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 40 as of January 1, 2025.
