Col Sofiya Qureshi Row: LoP Umang Singhar Also Has A Case, Will Congress Seek Resignation From Him? Asks MP CM Mohan Yadav (WATCH)
Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Amidst Congress mounting pressure on government seeking removal of Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah from cabinet following his disparaging comment against Colonel Sofia Qureshi, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said Congress knew well that it is a judiciary matter and Congress could not be above the court.
Indeed Congress is having the habit of insulting the courts and history is testimony of it. When Allahabad High Court had given verdict against Indira Gandhi, emergency was imposed in the country.
On the contrary, BJP under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, is known for respecting the court verdict. Even in Ram temple case, PM followed the Apex Court verdict.
He was interacting with media after seeing the two injured jawans at a private hospital. These two Jawans got injured during a controlled blast exercise during a mock drill in Bhopal on Thursday.
On the contrary, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), under the strong and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has consistently demonstrated respect for the judiciary and its decisions. A prime example of this commitment was seen in the Ram temple case, where the Prime Minister ensured that the verdict of the Supreme Court was followed in both letter and spirit, upholding the rule of law and setting a precedent for constitutional propriety.
Prime Minister Modi made this statement while interacting with media personnel after visiting two injured jawans at a private hospital. These jawans sustained injuries during a controlled blast exercise that was part of a mock drill conducted in Bhopal on Thursday.
The Prime Minister personally enquired about their well-being, appreciating their courage and dedication to duty.
