Bungie's future Marathon game is completely surrounded in controversy as artist @4nt1r34l accused them of copying her 2017 poster artwork for the Alpha play-test. Bungie corroborated that they were using the assets without rights and blamed a former artist. Bungie has a history of this, including a art theft lawsuit for the Destiny 2 game.
