Indore: ‘Continuing Medical Education’ Programme At MYH Today, Renowned Doctors To Share Expertise

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): A one-day Continuing Medical Education (CME) programme will be jointly organised by the anatomy and ear, nose, and throat (ENT) departments at Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College and MY Hospital on Saturday.

The event will take place in the ENT department of MY Hospital. Dr Arvind Ghanghoria, dean of MGM Medical College and Dr Ashok Yadav, superintendent of MY Hospital will inaugurate the event.

Renowned ENT specialist from Mumbai Dr Deepak Dalmia will give a live demonstration of temporal bone dissection, showcasing the latest surgical techniques and advancements in ear surgery.

He will also share insights on current research and disease management practices. Subject experts from the institution will deliver lectures on related topics, offering comprehensive academic value.

The event, a collaborative initiative between the ENT and anatomy departments, aims to provide participants with a holistic understanding of the subject from both clinical and anatomical perspectives.

Dr Yamini Gupta, head of the ENT department and Dr Amit Julka, head of the anatomy department, who are the conveners of the programme, said that the CME would be highly beneficial for trainee doctors, postgraduate students and young medical professionals, as it would present cutting-edge medical techniques and recent research findings.
