Pranjal tops Bilaspur district in Class XII, bags 4th rank in state
In a proud moment for Minerva Senior Secondary School, Ghumarwin, Pranjal Rana, a Class XII (Science) student, secured the 4th position in Himachal Pradesh and topped Bilaspur district by scoring 481 marks in the HPBoSE board exams.
Hailing from Behal Kandela in Bilaspur, Pranjal’s success has brought immense pride to her school and joy to her family. She aspires to become a doctor to serve society. Her father, Pawan Kumar, is a Physical Education Lecturer, while her mother, Raj Kumari, is a homemaker.
Pranjal credited her success to the consistent support of her teachers and parents. She shared that she studied for 5–6 hours daily with focus and regularity. “Every field today demands hard work and dedication. Even a single mark can make a huge difference,” she remarked, highlighting the intense competition in academics.
She stressed the importance of self-discipline, teacher guidance, and family support in achieving goals.
School Principal Pravesh Chandel congratulated Pranjal on making it to the state merit list, calling it a matter of pride for the institution. He also praised her parents for supporting her journey to academic excellence.
