Munambam petitions to be heard afresh under old Waqf Act
A new judicial officer is set to assume charge as chairperson of Waqf Tribunal this week. The Waqf Act 1995 will continue to govern the cases as the acts challenged before the tribunal took place much before the enactment of Waqf Amendment Act 2025
