Rituraj Singh started his acting journey with the TV serial named In Which Annie Gives It Those Ones. In the coming years, he featured in a plethora of series, and some of the iconic serials done by him are Kutumb, CID, Ssshhhh…Phir Koi Hai, Diya Aur Baati Hum and more.

In the year 1992, Rituraj stepped into Indian cinema with Miss Beatty’s Children. Rituraj’s major breakthrough came in Bollywood when he featured in Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt’s film Badrinath Ki Dulhania released in 2017.

Rituraj shares Close Relationship With Shah Rukh Khan

Rituraj and Shah Rukh first met during their days with acting guru Barry John, both part of the Theatre Action Group (TAG). Following this, the two spent time together. Just like that, the two shared a close bond.

“He would hug me and introduce me to others as his oldest friend. He would invite me to his vanity van and we would smoke together,” late actor Rituraj Singh had shared about Shah Rukh Khan on his 50th birthday.

Rituraj passed away at the age of 59 on February 20, 2024, due to a cardiac arrest.
