Bad news for Paresh Rawal as Akshay Kumar sues him for Rs 25 crore due to…

For the past several days, there have been talks about the cast of ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Actor Paresh Rawal has already made it clear that he will not be a part of the film. Earlier, he was saying that he had left the film due to lack of creativity, but now something else is coming to the fore. Shocking news has come that actor Akshay Kumar has sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal through his production house Cape of Good Films, in which he has demanded Rs 25 crore for adopting unprofessional methods and leaving the shooting of the film midway.

Paresh Rawal confirmed last week that he is exiting the cult comedy. The actor ‘doesn’t feel like’ being a part of the film right now. This has left millions of fans of the Hera Pheri franchise disappointed.

Paresh Rawal tweeted, saying. “I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan, the film director.”

Let us tell you that the lead actors of the film, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh, started shooting for Priyadarshan’s film in April this year. Akshay is also the producer of Hera Pheri 3, he has legally bought its rights from Firoz Nadiadwala. Paresh Rawal also said that lack of creativity or money was not the reason for his decision. At the same time, sources say that he is being paid three times more than his normal fees for this film.

According to the Hindustan Times report, a source involved in the legal proceedings in the case said, “Paresh has broken professional integrity. If he did not want to do the film, he should have said so before signing a legal contract and spending so much money on the shoot. Now the time has come for Bollywood actors to realise that just like Hollywood, here too the makers will not allow anyone to come and go from a film as per their wish.”

This is the first time in Akshay Kumar’s 35-year career that he has sued a fellow actor from the industry for unprofessional conduct. Talking about Paresh, the case is not new. He refused to do ‘Oh My God 2’ in 2023 and claimed that he did not like the script.
