PNB Housing Finance completes ₹400 crore fundraise via allotment of NCDs

PNB Housing Finance board approved the allotment of NCDs worth ₹400 crore on 20 May 2025. The redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures will mature after five years in 2030. Shares closed lower after the announcement on Tuesday's market.
