New Delhi: In the latest revelation in the Jyoti Malhotra espionage case, the Haryana-based YouTuber allegedly shared information with Pakistan, including details about blackouts during Operation Sindoor, reported News18, citing sources. As per the report, Malhotra was in touch with an agent from Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI).
Investigative agencies are also reportedly verifying the transactions made through two bank accounts of the YouTuber. Authorities have also seized her three mobile phones and one laptop for forensic examination.
The police did not find any chat details between the YouTuber and Pakistan High Commission official, Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, after March this year, reported the media house, citing sources. However, authorities found out that both were in touch during ‘Operation Sindoor’.
For the unversed, on May 13, Danish was expelled by India for allegedly being involved in spying activities.
